Coming from an old well-known family, Fouladi brothers, decided to establish a business of their own from scratch in the 1990s. This family business grew gradually exploring all the various aspects of construction and real estate development by the brothers following the saying “If you want to do it right, do it yourself”.

During more than two decades of hard work, we have fulfilled numerous construction projects in various European countries such as Spain, Cyprus, and Greece. Due to the rising real estate opportunities after the economic recession in Greece, iLand was established in Athens in 2014 in order to better channel our business towards the growing markets in this beautiful country.

Today, iLand has mainly focused on the real estate development and construction in Greece, especially Athens Riviera which is considered the most elite and prominent part of the city with the most booming potential. As a result, several projects of high-end quality have been and are being constructed and sold both to the local and international customers.

The outstanding feature which is considered by all who have dealt with iLand is that we establish a long term and ongoing friendly relationship with our customers by offering them unique and distinguished after sales services in order for them to fully get settled and “land” with ease.
